Omnisend offers everything I need in an email platform for my size of business. The overwhelming difference to other platforms is the personlised customer care. I am extremely fortunate to have Matias as my account manager who is basically like having an additional member of the team. I can only recommend Omnisend for email marketing. Easy to use and implement, they are continuously adding new features and also offering workshops to make sure I know what's new and industry trends. Tech support is very very good, either the bot or real person. It is a very human company who shows they care about their customers. I am not tech minded and have no problem setting up new pop ups, forms or campaigns. It saves time and make money!
