We've been using Omnisend for over two months now. We love the app and the customer service team is so great! Every-time we've had an issue they'd been extremely helpful with helping us with anything and they make it so easy. It's so much easier to navigate than Klayvio and the onboarding is seamless when you use Shopify

Making the Switch to Omnisend Was the Best Decision We recently decided to switch to Omnisend, and as beginners, we’re still learning the ropes — but thankfully, they have an amazing support team! Huge shoutout to Baarath, Hunter, and Mathias — all fantastic people, especially Baarath, who’s been incredibly patient and quick to assist me in building our flow. He replies so fast, understands my questions clearly, and even goes the extra mile by creating Loom videos to guide me step by step. All in all, Omnisend is an excellent platform backed by a truly outstanding support team. They never make you feel lost or alone — they’re available 24/7, ready to help you figure things out and answer every question with care. Highly recommended!

Just moved over to Omnisend and finding it a much easier, more intuitive system with more functionality than my previous CRM, Active Campaign. Also the customer support is amazing - massive thanks to Maria helping with some finishing touches!
