Great app, very user friendly and excellent customer service. Beran helped answering my questions and was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!

I've always been a little bit overwhelmed by email softwares. I'm getting myself more involved with my email campaigns and so far, OmniSend delivers on it's promises. The real fear is to hit the Send button... but that's not their fault. It's my own insecurities. I recently had to contact support because one of my forms was not saving properly and got excellent support from Didem. My form was missing an essential block and it got solved hands on. Very responsive support team. Quick turnaround from both Baarath and Didem producing solid outcomes and meaningful answers. Easy to work with as an organisation.

I have just started up with email marketing. Happy with the quick and fast service offered by Beran. Beran guided me with a personalized video targeting the specific issue I was dealing with. He was happy to guide me step by step. He was kind enough to test emails to check if they were working swiftly and precisely. Happy that my issue is resolved. So, far I am loving the app and the awesome service Omnisend offers. Thank you for helping me with email marketing and growing my store. Highly recommend!

Best app for email and SMS marketing, almost bug free and reasonable pricing. Also very easy to use. I switched from the other app which has a lot of bugs and I'm so glad that I switched. The customer service especially Dilara is very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Very quick to get started with the email automation marketing app, there are a lot of templates as well as customization features are also powerful and simple enough, the process is clear! The customer service team is very prompt and professional in responding to questions. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Omnisend! The integration with Shopify makes managing emails for my online store seamless and efficient. Additionally, Karine's assistance was invaluable in setting up the app and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend for any ecommerce business.

Omnisend has been a great, straightforward, and very effective tool from day one. Integrates seamlessly, features are powerful and easy to use, and, above all, their support team is impeccable. My last request was resolved in less than a minute by Maria, and it was a particularly technical question. Highly recommend!

Omnisend is to me the best email marketing tool. I've used four so far, and Omnisend is definitely my favourite. It is user friendly, has features that were missing from tools I previously used (like sending an individual computer generated discount code to new subscribers), and my opening rates are higher. (This is also due to me writing better emails I'm sure, but I I truly believe that Omnisend helps). There is also a great support team there to answer any question you may have.

I contacted regarding setting up my email double opt-in. In relation to that, they even kindly recorded how to set it up, so I was able to process it quickly. It was a really helpful and memorable support.
