I have only just started using Omnisend, but have been extremely happy with the very quick and clear responses to any questions I have had, which has enabled me to make adjustments easily and complete set ups effortlessly. The platform is easy to use, and moving forward I have no hesitation in exploring different options as I know I have instant help and backup should I get stuck.
