Great app, easy to set up and navigate. Done one email campaign so far, but looking forward to my next ones, used to use a different program for my newsletters, love this one now. So easy to prepare a professional looking ads / emails .

I am adding ANOTHER Update as of Nov 5 2019, to my 5-Star review, because honestly these guys flat out deserve it. I had a Billing Issue, that I did not discover for 3 Months, and when I did discover it, and let them know about it, they showed 100% INTEGRITY and credited it back to me. Honestly most companies would hide behind some type of "Policy" or whatever, but Serge and Katherine and the support Team at OMNISEND not only did NOT do that, they did the right thing and continue to provide outstanding support. I have been using these guys since they were Soundest, and now in their new form of OMNISEND. I am Updating their REVIEW because they are added SO MANY great features that it is amazing. Personally I have found most Email Marketing platforms as "sensory overload", and it also took me 15 steps to remember that I had done previously. These guys have done a GREAT job of being VERY POWERFUL but making it easy for us busy Entrepreneurs. I have Enabled many of their awesome features, and still have more to do. Have been using Soundest for a couple of years now and it really is the most straight forward and simple system I have found. There really is so much that can be done with this app and it has paid for itself over and over again. I have tried Constant Contact and Mail Chimp, for me, this is the only one I ever plan to use.

Does exactly what it describes but its also VERY simple to operate. I was able to send out a newsletter (VERY NICELY PUT TOGETHER by the way...) in like 5 minutes after adding the app. I'm very impressed and look forward to seeing what else it can do. I never imagined it would be that simple. It also let me do a test letter to myself to ensure it looked good before sending out to over 200 people who had signed up for a newsletter. Clean, crisp and professional looking. I am VERY pleased thus far.

I love this app, works well! Their Customer Service is excellent and the respond time is super fast!! Especially Veronika, she is very helpful! I highly recommend Soundest!

The app is so amazing! I had a few questions just starting out and OMG the Soundest team is so amazing and helpful! They get back to you within a day after hours and minutes on the live chat on their app. Works perfectly with my store! So much better than confusing Mail Chimp!

Installation - 11/10 Use - 11/10 Applcation - 11/10 Effect - 11/10 And one more thing, i cant believe that 90% and most important features are free....... amazing. They have made top-notch professional and complete work with this app. Do not hesitate, install this now!

Remarkably easy to use, as well as customize. Great alternative to MailChimp who give no support to free users. In fact I think Soundest is better than MailChimp with it's easier to use interface.
