We've been using Mail chimp for a while and suffering from sending decent email campaigns, with Soundest this problem has vanished, they have a very very friendly user interface that anyone can easily deal with and customize their campaigns the way they like without much effort. In addition to their superb customer service support which is the BEST we've seen so far!

Love this app, it's super easy to send your customer professional up-date on new arrivals and sales. I hate that it don't allow you to send a email to a single customer.

Tried quite a few other similar mailing and CRM systems. This is the best by far though. Price, ease of use and customer service. Highly recommended.

So far, I've found the email design to be much more flexible than mailchimp (which is a fantastic app) - only just started using this at www.rawpeaks.com but my first email was super easy to make and was made in no time - on brand. Would recommend.

This email marketing app was very easy to use, especially for someone like me, who is completely new to Shopify. Not only that, but offering the intro package at no cost is great for a start-up business like mine. I would definitely recommend this app to a friend who wants to start an online business. I just joined Soundest, and designing and sending my first Welcome Discount Email was a breeze,,,Wav...I am glad I found Soundest, and will use it extensively for our marketing efforts.
