They have the best support team! Sometimes I need to get things done quickly, and when I’m unsure how to set everything up properly, they’re always there for me, ready with step-by-step guides. Today, Mathias literally saved my day by helping me out. Thanks to him, my clients are happy, and so am I.

ho spiegato che mi sembra una buona applicazione ma la mancanza del traduttore automatico ne riduce le aspettative di aiuto per le registrazioni delle varie sezioni di utilizzo Inoltre con la chat se devo inoltrare 1 file di screen devo prima salvarlo in 1 cartella per per andarlo a riprendere nella stessa ed allegarlo alla chat 1 semplice copia ed incolla dello screen in jpg sarebbe più semplice e veloce, come già utilizziamo in whats app Grazie

I have to say Dilara is by far the best. She's available and she clearly knows what she's doing. She helped me with some serious issues I had on my automations settings. Basically, FREE for the beginners and it's still affordable if you have to start paying. Struggled deciding between Klavyio and Omnisend but so far, no complaint whatsoever. Also, had questions about DNS records (domain and stuff) and Maria was so helpful. I felt hopeless thinking they would probably not help me out because it's so technical but I judged wrong. Thank you so much!!
