So far so good. Once I figured out to remove my website name from the dmarc and dkim records it worked beautifully!

Has a fair amount of email features for a relatively low price. Their support via email has been great too and very helpful on the occassion I need them.

For sending Thank you emails after an order is placed. OmniSend is awesome, Shopify Email and Flow are great for Email Marketing, not so much for customer appreciation for an order. Even though there is a Flow template called Thank You after Order. But it is only if someone is on your mail list.. Omnisend grabbed all my socials, and was off to the races. And the workflow chart is way more user friendly. If you have less than 500 on your list, this is a no brainer.

I'm doing the free trial. As someone who is not tech savvy, and had paid a handsome amount to get workflow done on Klaviyo, workflow on Omnisend is a piece of cake.

Omnisend seems great - I'm an artist and I just want to focus on creating stuff and I'm not very patient when it comes to the business-side of things, especially setups regarding emails. The customer-service is friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommended!

Johnny from customer service was a big help! He helped me step by step with an issue I had until it was resolve! So far, I am satisfy with Omnisend. The free plan includes a lot of things and it's easy to set up and create a workflow and campaign. It's user friendly and I can design it to my liking.

So far as a new user, Omnisend has been really good. The learning curve is gentle. After setting up a Workflow, you're good to go.
