We gebruiken Omnisend al jaren met veel plezier en mooie resultaten. Afgelopen week had ik een probleem met mijn creditcard. Gelukkig werd ik snel geholpen door Saleh Heel fijn contact!

So far I have found it very easy to use and the automations are so well set up that its basically all done for you.

Omnisend Crew is so wonderful. We had some issues initially, but they handled it all professionally and resolved our problems within minutes. I especially want to thank Mariia, who was helpful and kind in dealing with our dispute.

This app is easy to use and has a lot of templates available in it. What's interesting is the ability to adjust your user segmentation to any situation, delivering the content you want to communicate precisely to the users you want to receive it. The data is also very clear and easy to organize. I am thankful to Omnisent's customer service team, Baarath as well as the rest of the guys were very patient in answering all my questions and solving my confusion on customer segmentation. You all are great!

As someone who has never run a product-based business or ecommerce before, the past five months have been a massive learning curve for me, and the number of things I don't know seems to grow daily. I am so appreciative of Omnisend as a result, because of the free plan (so that you're not bleeding money when you're still getting set up and started), the integrated reviews app (which connects to the email flows, and yet again saves me from bleeding money when I'm not marketing or making sales yet), and the kind customer support. I've had several questions while I've been setting up flows, forms, and reviews, and the team have been patient, polite, and responsive. They even emailed when I didn't reply to the chat to check whether I still needed help. I've especially appreciated their patience with what would probably be considered stupid questions. I'm still new to Omnisend, but I've had a very positive experience so far. Updating as it's five months now, and I had a problem with my DMARC and DKIM that wasted two days and had me in tears. Within five minutes of reaching out to the support team, the excellent Mathias had diagnosed and solved the problem, and I so appreciate the prompt support and kindness of the team in every interaction.

We switched from another platform and immediately saw the difference in ease of use and results. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to design and schedule campaigns. No hidden costs for basic functionality (like other apps). The support team has been very responsive, providing helpful guidance whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, Omnisend has been great. We’ve recently switched to the first paid tier and we are happy with the offering although ideally it could include more contacts. Highly recommend it to any e-commerce business looking to streamline their email marketing!
