Basically, FREE for the beginners and it's still affordable if you have to start paying. Struggled deciding between Klavyio and Omnisend but so far, no complaint whatsoever. Also, had questions about DNS records (domain and stuff) and Maria was so helpful. I felt hopeless thinking they would probably not help me out because it's so technical but I judged wrong. Thank you so much!!

I like Omnisend! It's reliable and most of all I love the insight of the "Live view", which used to be way more comprehensive and better, but it's still a good feature!!

I would highly recommend Omnisend - for ease and support Since getting omnisend, email marketing hasn't been daunting at all and it's been easy and swift to set up a newsletter, workflow or campaign. I want to shout out Baka who helped me find a great workaround in setting up a workflow which I think provides benefit for myself and my customers. the help and support has been great and the wealth of information, and templates and the UI makes it easy to navigate and create your emails.

It's very easy to use, and there are plenty of step by step instructions on how to do things. I love how everything is integrated with Shopify and the set up or syncing with your shop is done automatically.
