Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

As someone who has never run a product-based business or ecommerce before, the past five months have been a massive learning curve for me, and the number of things I don't know seems to grow daily. I am so appreciative of Omnisend as a result, because of the free plan (so that you're not bleeding money when you're still getting set up and started), the integrated reviews app (which connects to the email flows, and yet again saves me from bleeding money when I'm not marketing or making sales yet), and the kind customer support. I've had several questions while I've been setting up flows, forms, and reviews, and the team have been patient, polite, and responsive. They even emailed when I didn't reply to the chat to check whether I still needed help. I've especially appreciated their patience with what would probably be considered stupid questions. I'm still new to Omnisend, but I've had a very positive experience so far. Updating as it's five months now, and I had a problem with my DMARC and DKIM that wasted two days and had me in tears. Within five minutes of reaching out to the support team, the excellent Mathias had diagnosed and solved the problem, and I so appreciate the prompt support and kindness of the team in every interaction.

We switched from another platform and immediately saw the difference in ease of use and results. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to design and schedule campaigns. No hidden costs for basic functionality (like other apps). The support team has been very responsive, providing helpful guidance whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, Omnisend has been great. We’ve recently switched to the first paid tier and we are happy with the offering although ideally it could include more contacts. Highly recommend it to any e-commerce business looking to streamline their email marketing!

ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, THE BEST EMAIL/SMS PLATFORM OUT THERE! KLAVIYO CAN SUCC IT! The pricing at Omnisend is amazing, their 24-hr live support is stellar, and the deep, deep integration with Shopify is amazing. So happy to have found Omnisend. Klaviyo was literally burning our money and kept raising their prices, and provided worse and worse service. I am so happy we made the switch. You will too!

Sanya has been a big help in assisting me with setting up SMS. I am totally new to the SMS marketing world and was very confused and losing hope that I wouldn't have been able to get it to work. I'm very happy with Omnisend. I was using the service on my Big Commerce store and, subsequently, continued with them when we migrated over to Shopify. We did run into some issues in terms of the migration of Omnisend from Big Commerce to Shopfiy, but Kayque, the agent who initially addressed my issues, continued to follow up with e-mail until our issues were resolved and Omnisend was fully functioning on our new Shopify store. So, that is evidence enough for me to both strongly recommend Omnisend but to also continue working with the company for the foreseeable future.

I couldn’t be happier! The customer service is great—always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) are also top; everything is intuitive and easy to navigate. Highly recommend this app to anyone.

Learning anything new can be challenging, but when you have the support of a good team, like that at Omnisend, it helps reduce the frustration and learning curve! Sometimes it's the simplest things that trip us up, but the folks at Omnisend treat each concern as priority and offer their support in any way. Even if it's simply to confirm my understanding of a process, to me that's an important step as I move forward.
