The app provides excellent support for our marketing campaigns and we generate important additional sales as a result. Setting it up was very easy. I was with omnisfied when I first started my business about 4 years ago. I left because the price got a little too high for my business. However I never forgot about omnisend so I came back and I'm glad to be back. The price is better & They have this new feature that allows you to delete invalid, spam, & voided emails that I love that's the main reason I left my last email marketing provider. So far everything is good.

We have been using Omnisend for a couple of years now and I find them to be excellent, an easy interface to acheive complex workflows and the support is always near instant and super helpful. Sila resolved my issue in a matter of minutes and guided me through the resolution.

I went on the app because I needed to email my customers. I received a message that there were issues with my DNS. Kayque helped me to understand what I needed to do to resolve my issues. He double-checked what I had done and said I was good to go. I'm very thankful to him and all the support I've received over the years from the Omnisend tech support staff.
