I've always been a little bit overwhelmed by email softwares. I'm getting myself more involved with my email campaigns and so far, OmniSend delivers on it's promises. The real fear is to hit the Send button... but that's not their fault. It's my own insecurities. I recently had to contact support because one of my forms was not saving properly and got excellent support from Didem. My form was missing an essential block and it got solved hands on. Very responsive support team. Quick turnaround from both Baarath and Didem producing solid outcomes and meaningful answers. Easy to work with as an organisation.

Karine was awesome! She got straight to the solution I needed. Most of the time support agents try to have some small talk but I just want to get to my solution!

I absolutely love Omnisend! The integration with Shopify makes managing emails for my online store seamless and efficient. Additionally, Karine's assistance was invaluable in setting up the app and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend for any ecommerce business.

Omnisend has been a great, straightforward, and very effective tool from day one. Integrates seamlessly, features are powerful and easy to use, and, above all, their support team is impeccable. My last request was resolved in less than a minute by Maria, and it was a particularly technical question. Highly recommend!

Omnisend is to me the best email marketing tool. I've used four so far, and Omnisend is definitely my favourite. It is user friendly, has features that were missing from tools I previously used (like sending an individual computer generated discount code to new subscribers), and my opening rates are higher. (This is also due to me writing better emails I'm sure, but I I truly believe that Omnisend helps). There is also a great support team there to answer any question you may have.

I contacted regarding setting up my email double opt-in. In relation to that, they even kindly recorded how to set it up, so I was able to process it quickly. It was a really helpful and memorable support.

I was so grateful that Dilara was able to help me with the edits I needed to make. I am new to building my website and was so lost but she saved the day! Her video explanation was so incredibly helpful! Fast and thorough customer service!! I’m impressed.

Just used support for the first time and was amazed by how quickly I got an answer and how objective and to the point Baarath was. He immediatelly understood my problem, gave me the right advice and in no time my questions were answered an I was good to go. I needed help to get my domain signed with Omnisend and got it done in less than 15 minutes with Baarath's help.

SO much better than other platforms I have used in the past. We switched to Omnisend Feb of 2023 and our email sales and open rates have gone up exponentially. Super user friendly, quick & helpful customer service. I do wish that you got more reporting features/metrics in the basic version without having to upgrade to pro but overall very satisfied!

It ain't pretty, but it works. Super good segmenting, reporting, campaigns, and automations. It's not as elegant looking as Drip, but it' actually better. I tried both, and canceled Drip. Solid.

Absolutely nice app, A lot to do in the free plan, I did a lot with it till now e mai campaigns and pop ups and works like a charm for me. To compare between other apps i had worked with this one the most easiest and non complicated one and till now i don’t have any limitations with using it
