Amazing app with lots of FREE features!! ♡♡♡♡♡♡ I've been searching for a 'non-intrusive', 'upon-exit' pop up to offer a discount for our lovely customers.....also they have a sign up bar for mobile users is great! Salma was so helpful and super speedy to answer my questions....thank you so much guys! ♡

Great customer service! Couldn't actually believe how quickly the Omnisend support got back to me when I had a few queries recently. They responded via email and Kristina was so efficient and patient at helping me sort my problem. Within 15 minutes she had sorted out what I had been trying to figure out for ages. I must say, Omnisend has the best customer service I've ever experienced. There is always someone there the answer your questions, no matter what time of day or night. Diego and Baarath are the absolute best! They are knowledgeable, attentive and above all PATIENT! You won't go wrong by adding this to your Tech Stack!

Have tried many different email marketing platforms and Omnisend is one of - if not the - best! Aside from gorgeous email templates and intuitive interface, they have great customer service. Kamilia was able to help us out with some specific requests - they care about their customers and it shows.

Omnisend is the best EDM tool I've ever used. No matter is convenient for setting up and it also supports lots of apps. We actually use it like our CRM. We was having issues integrating the trigger about the wishlist. The Andrés was detailed and patient. Nice work!

Omnisend is a great service. I was having issues integrating the newsletter from the footer on my Shopify page and Kamilia assisted and resolved the issue!
