I had an automation issue with a product email. Didem was fantastic in asking questions that narrowed down the problem, sharing screenshots of what I needed to do. We got the issue solved and I learned a few new things too! Didem was patient, friendly and exceptionally helpful!

Good segmentation and automation integration. The click-map is also beneficial for performance analysis. Customer service is quick to respond.

Customer support with Matija was super precise in his answer and went above and beyond to cover everything so I didn't even have any questions to add! Omnisend is very easy to integrate and use with Shopify! and they're always available for support! Recommend!

Matija from Omnisend provided us with the BEST customer service. He was very quick to reply and knew exactly what he was talking about at all times, as we did not at first. The issue was resolved all thanks Matija.

Amazing customer support, I got super confused by something relatively Simple and Luiz was quick to help me and fix my issue! As someone who gets confused rather easily, this app is perfect for me.

I switched my domain and changed my website to a new theme. I didn't know what to do with Omnisend settings. I am very grateful for Luiz' fast answers and help. It was very easy and my Omnisend works with my new website again. The best app ever! Thank you!

We've been using Omnisend emails for years and they are so easy to customize. Love the drag and drop! We've just started to use more marketing tools- such as automation and forms- and have found all of the help information very easy to follow. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support, too. Maria was especially helpful and patient with helping me learn new tricks and giving me links to relevant information. Thank you!

I really enjoy using Omnisend! It's really intuitive and the online chat support is always there to help. Kayque helped me figure out an issue today in just a few minutes. Can't recommend Omnisend enough!

Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS is definitely a bonus to have connected to your store for solutions such as email & SMS campaigns, as well as automation. The platform is user-friendly and their customer service is great. Kayque from their support team was phenomenal in helping me solve a question that I had. He went above and beyond to follow up and provide extra tips.

Easy to use tool, great customer support. My product-based business has really embraced email marketing, and the ease of using Omnisend is a big part of that. Any time I've had a question, the team is very responsive and provides high-quality support. Olesia helped me with a billing question in record time, and this is consistent with all my interactions with the Omnisend crew. Update Nov 2023: another great help session, this time with Didem.
