Perfect Tool to use - everything in ONE App. The is customer service. Had few problem/questions and had the opportunity to get in contact with Didem --> absolute perfect Customer Support. Very responsive, quick and easy solution to solve all of my problems!

I just migrated from another platform, and am very happy with Onmisend. It's generally very intuitive and easy to use, and I LOVE how easy it is to customize the emails! I've found their chat support to be extremely fast to respond and very helpful, especially as I've been navigating the transition and trying to get all my automations moved over as quickly as possible. Their support team is awesome- it's only been a few days and I've chatted with Maria, Sila, Deniz, Didam, and Stefan.

Really easy to set up automations, forms and everything else. We are about to launch so we will see the results soon but the support team is amazing all around. Big shout out to Maria, thanks for all the help!

I just wanted to give Omnisend support a big Kuddos SIia, Kayque and Baarath. I needed to switch my account over and they helped me through the process. I was more confused they they were. Sila created a video for me to see that everything was setup correctly. I can not be more happier. Everyone is with the other guys Im glad i stuck with Omnisend this experience has made it all worth while. Thanks guys.

Maria was great! She answered all my questions very quickly and without hesitation. Maria also sent me step by step instructions on how to find the information I needed as well as gave me additional information that will help me in the future!

Extremely happy with Omnisend's integration with Shopify and value proposition. Having tried all the other major ESPs, they all had problems. Omnisend is done right. Simple to install, amazing support (thanks Katie!) and incredible ROI. We're so happy with Omnisend!

Kayque was patient helpful. I also appreciated that she followed up to ensure the problem was fixed which was an extra bonus. In addition, she offered bonus tips to ensure our SMS campaigns are a success.

Lightning fast response times and super helpful customer service. I was helped by Didem and their knowledge and ability to explain in a simple and clear way to someone who knows very little about all of this will keep me a forever fan of Omnisend.
