Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Really good app, I have been using it for one year and I can definitely say it is way better than Mailchimp. Many options to choose from and very good, detailed insights. The only thing it could be improved is the customer service though. At times you have to wait long before an agent takes on the conversation. I had to also explain my issue several times when agents switched as their shift was over and it is pretty frustrating when you need your problem to be solved as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, I recommend this app.

OmniSend has been a good program. The editor was initially not as good as others I have used, but the have made it better over the 2 years we have used it. I am very happy with the app. The automations are terrific.

I am using this app to do my email marketing for my store. I think that it is pretty powerful but there is a lot to learn. I had some issues with integration that finally got resolved. It did take a bit of back and forth to get the correct work around. Glad it finally got resolved. Thanks

Very easy to use.. was impressed by how intuitive the campaign design was. Definitely worth considering this app for email marketing and db management.

By far, the single worst company we have dealt with in terms of customer support and overall service in the last 2 years since launching our Shopify site. This box doesn't provide enough space to list the catalogue of bugs, errors, sorry excuses, terrible customer service experiences or indeed the list of individual times (more than 100) in the last few months that we have had to contact support to do basic things such as create segments or send out simple SMS messages. Worst purchase of the year, hands down. We have since had contact from the management of Omnisend and our satisfied the above matters have now been resolved. Thank you.

Loved how easy it was to set up SMS messaging. Email templets are very professional and ey-catching. Will be using the app again!

the app is ok so far. I cannot cancel the subscription and go back in to update my account again. But overall it is ok.

hello tour app is easy to use and i enjoy it, i recommande but acctually i am having an issue with the popup not appearing in my prestige theme website. can't find where to add the code for omnisend. any idea? thx

not bad at all. Not easy to set up at the very begining but the customer support is very reactive to help. Very appreciated . using the app since 3 days but for now nothing to add, so nothing more to say about it. I dont use all the features but i will if needed

Sent my first campagin and it went successfully! We replaced this from mailchimp - love the new age look and easy use.

Moved to this from Mailchimp. The flows are easy to setup, and to me are the highlight of the Omnisend App. The templates are very retail focused...too much so for us, as we do not want a product photo in the app. The sizes for logo etc...are quite limiting as well. We work around it by using the manual one, which is a bit of work.

I've updated my review to 4 stars. After all Omnisend proved that they value every customer and make every effort to find a solution for customer's needs. Despite all the problems we had - they made a lot of effort to fix it. Really appreciated.

I just switched over from MailChimp and sent my first campaign using Omnisend. So far its been a smooth transition and easy to use.

Sanya was very helpful correcting my issue connecting to my shopify email.

I would recommend Omnisend because it is modern looking and user friendly. It's not perfect. Somethings are hard to work out but the support is great. They respond quickly and help you for as long as you need it.

Giving 4 stars just because I think the pricing once you have been sucked in by a great deal hits you hard.. I think it has some limitations, but overall pretty user friendly. used on our jewellery website www.annalise.co.uk

We needed a replacement for Mailchimp. Omnisend is a very well design product. It has excellently integration with Shopify. Getting started is very easy as it has a clearly defined process to guide one through. The various pricing scheme also makes it risk free to try and to pay a reasonable cost as you grow. Our fist campaign can be up and running in minutes. Omnisend will be part of our setup with our Shopify store. The good thing is that we can continue use Omnisend even if one day we move out of Shopify – as Shopify is getting more costly and less cost-effective.

its a bit confusing to navigate through the management system i think they need to change some things but seems ok. chat is pretty helpful.
