Highly recommended EDM plugin. Their support is also very patient; they will provide best assistance regardless of whether you upgrade your plan or not.

I am generally not good at setting up anything technical but was very relieved to find 24/7 chat support with Omni Send. I ran into some small issues (they seemed big to me) during set up and they helped me right through. I didn't have to watch 10 videos or go to an FAQ. An actual, competent person helped me right through! For that alone, I highly recommend.

Today is the first time I've needed support and only a few minutes after having submitted my enquiry, a support theme collaborator has immediately answered in a promptly and very effective way.
