Omni send is an easy app for Email marketing. We've got always help when we need it. Especially their staff Matija is amazing. He solved all the problems! Thank you!

Omnisend is probably one of the best, if not the best apps on here. The customer service is phenomenal and super fast. Any technical problems that I may have with setting up my email, figuring out how domains work, or asking any questions. The support team working here is glad to help you out. Today I wanted to ask a question about verifying my domain settings to my store, and I was helped by Karine. She showed me step by step how to go about fixing the problems with easy wording and pictures as well too so I could get a better understanding. She also gave me more information about creating my business email. Overall, I love the app! Thanks so much to you guys :)

Great customer service, replied super promptly and answered all my queries. Kayque was great at communicating and resolved my issues quickly. Would highly recommend this app

Really terrific. I had an issue setting up the emails this morning and the tech support were super helpful. The UI is great. Wish I'd used it earlier.

Just changed to Omnisend as our email provider and we are truly impressed by the possibilities but even more by their superb customer service. They are quick and patient in answering any questions we might have! Can't recommend enough!

Good app for a good price. Support was also quick and helpful. I got stuck setting up some stuff and Olesia was quick to fix everything.

Omnisend is so easy to get set up and use. Don't how to do something? They have detailed and easy to follow & find resources on EVERYTHING. Still confused? Their chat support is quick and very helpful. Luiz was able to me answer questions and get flows launched fast. This was a great experience compared to the previous platform we used and eventually left for the exact opposite reasons. Olesia from Omnisend is also so helpful and ensure we were set up for success :)

I recently started using Omnisend, and I must say, this app is truly impressive! Not only does it offer a wide range of features that make managing my marketing campaigns a breeze, but the support team is also top-notch. I've had the pleasure of working with both Andrés and Beran, they provided me with outstanding support. Omnisend has definitely earned a 5-star rating from me, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Their fantastic features and amazing support team, especially Beran & Andrés, make this app a must-have for anyone looking to streamline their marketing efforts!

Omnisend customer support is very attentive and quick! I needed help to replace my existing store with a new one. Baarath was very patient and kind and was able to help me with zero issues. :)
