I was working on Sunday night, preparing my emails for the week, when I realized my social links were not working. I sent an email to Omnisend support, and Baarath was able to promptly assist and solve my problem. Thank you!

Love Omnisend! Soo much easier to use than Klaviyo from my experience and I really appreciate the easy access to customer service. Happy to keep working with them for my new business.

Absolutely incredible customer service, so detailed in their responses, I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say it's probably the best customer service I've ever had. So appreciated thank you, very easy to use the app and everything works great.

Kayque was patient helpful. I also appreciated that she followed up to ensure the problem was fixed which was an extra bonus. In addition, she offered bonus tips to ensure our SMS campaigns are a success.

Lightning fast response times and super helpful customer service. I was helped by Didem and their knowledge and ability to explain in a simple and clear way to someone who knows very little about all of this will keep me a forever fan of Omnisend.

Lots of people around me recommended Drip, but when I compared Omnisend to Drip, Omnisend was the easy winner on price, support and features. I've been using lots of advanced email marketing and had almost zero problems - everything works as expected. And support literally answers within a few minutes unlike the hours and hours you wait for Drip. Thanks Sıla

I've just done my first send with Omnisend. It's early days for me to say how good the platform is, but it seems very intuitive. I've faced a number of challenges getting up and running and have found the online chat support to be excellent. I've been in touch with various members of the support team and all have been knowledgable and have taken ownership of problems if they have been unable to resolve them immediately. Olesia and Sila have been particularly helpful.

Easy to use app and perfect for email Marketing. Their helpdesk / chat is super efficient and friendly...if you are lucky enough to catch Maria (who helped me), then rest assured that she will do everything and beyond to help you.

Maria and the Omnisend Team were prompt and efficient in handling our problem. Using both chat and email, Maria and company kept us in the loop while solving our problem. Omnisend software has help us market our products for the last three years

Super good app and service! Didn't have a clue what to do :P but Karine helped me promptly through the chat to understand the process, and showed me what I needed to set up a successful newsletter :)
