I switched my domain and changed my website to a new theme. I didn't know what to do with Omnisend settings. I am very grateful for Luiz' fast answers and help. It was very easy and my Omnisend works with my new website again. The best app ever! Thank you!

Finally an email app I can use that is simple and doesn't charge you extra for the basics! The customer service is A+. Beran was very patient, even if he had to reiterate. Thank you!

We've been using Omnisend emails for years and they are so easy to customize. Love the drag and drop! We've just started to use more marketing tools- such as automation and forms- and have found all of the help information very easy to follow. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support, too. Maria was especially helpful and patient with helping me learn new tricks and giving me links to relevant information. Thank you!

I really enjoy using Omnisend! It's really intuitive and the online chat support is always there to help. Kayque helped me figure out an issue today in just a few minutes. Can't recommend Omnisend enough!

Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS is definitely a bonus to have connected to your store for solutions such as email & SMS campaigns, as well as automation. The platform is user-friendly and their customer service is great. Kayque from their support team was phenomenal in helping me solve a question that I had. He went above and beyond to follow up and provide extra tips.

Easy to use tool, great customer support. My product-based business has really embraced email marketing, and the ease of using Omnisend is a big part of that. Any time I've had a question, the team is very responsive and provides high-quality support. Olesia helped me with a billing question in record time, and this is consistent with all my interactions with the Omnisend crew. Update Nov 2023: another great help session, this time with Didem. Speedy, clear and useful assistance. So appreciated!

Perfect Tool to use - everything in ONE App. The is customer service. Had few problem/questions and had the opportunity to get in contact with Didem --> absolute perfect Customer Support. Very responsive, quick and easy solution to solve all of my problems!

I just migrated from another platform, and am very happy with Onmisend. It's generally very intuitive and easy to use, and I LOVE how easy it is to customize the emails! I've found their chat support to be extremely fast to respond and very helpful, especially as I've been navigating the transition and trying to get all my automations moved over as quickly as possible. Their support team is awesome- it's only been a few days and I've chatted with Maria, Sila, Deniz, Didam, and Stefan.

I just wanted to give Omnisend support a big Kuddos SIia, Kayque and Baarath. I needed to switch my account over and they helped me through the process. I was more confused they they were. Sila created a video for me to see that everything was setup correctly. I can not be more happier. Everyone is with the other guys Im glad i stuck with Omnisend this experience has made it all worth while. Thanks guys.
