Omnisend is a great alternative to our email marketing platform. It's very user-friendly to create emails and automated emails. The support team gets back to you in a very timely manner and is very helpful. I Would definitely recommend it!

I just started using this app. I haven't watched the onboarding or any tutorials yet. Just had to jump into it and get an email out the night before a big summer sale. LOL The support has been fantastic. Day and night. Thank you Andres for your help and sending me the links to the onboarding. I look forward to watching, learning and success!

I came over from Privy because Privy was trash. Omnisend has so many more features and customer service is great. I definitely recommend!

There has been a learning curve for me, but the videos and information has been great. Customer service has been very helpful. Karine has helped me resolve a couple issues quickly.

I love this app! Makes my marketing emails so easy. I recently had an issue with the app and chatted with customer service. Luiz helped me in less then 5 min. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and got my issue resolved in no time! Highly recommend!!

Best support ever. I've been using Omnisend for over a year, and I'm new to email marketing. I've had tons of questions about the best way to do things and how to use different Omnisend features. I've never waited more than 3 minutes for a response to my chat messages. The answers are always on point. Amazing video tutorials, sometimes generic (for FAQ) and sometimes custom made to answer questions on my specific use. Luiz asked me to write a review after helping me this morning - he was fantastic in answering my questions (just like the dozens of others that I've worked with).
