Love Omnisend! Its user-friendly interface and powerful features allow for personalized campaigns that resonate with customers. This is the best customer support team I met so far. Luiz did incredible job, he was testing different email options within 3 hours with me. He was patient, calm, even made jokes :) I truly appreciate all his help! Will recommend Omnisend to everyone!

Great tool and service so far: - great email and workflow builder - actually supports multiple locations for most data (doesn't pull localized product data yet but there are some workarounds) - good statistics - responsive support team Would definitely recommend!

Very responsive and good support, Baarath help me solve my issue with an automation email really fast. I really appreciate that because im supper busy during the day and I do not want to wasting time sitting at the computer all day.

Super easy to use, high converting tool with fair prices and great support! I tried the Onboard Shopify emailer for months and never got a conversion. Omnisend started generating sales within days. Can highly recommend.

As of right now, this app seems to be EXACTLY what I need and it seems like it can't get very much easier than this without limiting the apps capabilities. The best part for me was the amount of support I have received so far. Baarath was incredibly helpful and an extremely effective communicator.

Omnisend is very user friendly and the people who have helped me in the support chat have always given me fast, easy solutions to my questions. Karine is the best! Update as of 1/14/24: I stand by my original review. Didem helped me figure out the upcoming domain changes and was incredibly helpful. Would've taken me 5 times as long to figure it out on my own.

Omnisend is a top notch with their integrations and optimisations. On top of that their around (clock/world) customer service is something too fabulous. I don't know if anyone has talked about it, but that definitely needs more of a hype. Great job from these guys in the past few days in helping me out with minor tweeks.
