Best support ever. I've been using Omnisend for over a year, and I'm new to email marketing. I've had tons of questions about the best way to do things and how to use different Omnisend features. I've never waited more than 3 minutes for a response to my chat messages. The answers are always on point. Amazing video tutorials, sometimes generic (for FAQ) and sometimes custom made to answer questions on my specific use. Luiz asked me to write a review after helping me this morning - he was fantastic in answering my questions (just like the dozens of others that I've worked with).

This is the best customer support team I met so far. Luiz did incredible job, he was testing different email options within 3 hours with me. He was patient, calm, even made jokes :) I truly appreciate all his help! Will recommend Omnisend to everyone!

Great tool and service so far: - great email and workflow builder - actually supports multiple locations for most data (doesn't pull localized product data yet but there are some workarounds) - good statistics - responsive support team Would definitely recommend!

Very responsive and good support, Baarath help me solve my issue with an automation email really fast. I really appreciate that because im supper busy during the day and I do not want to wasting time sitting at the computer all day.

Super easy to use, high converting tool with fair prices and great support! I tried the Onboard Shopify emailer for months and never got a conversion. Omnisend started generating sales within days. Can highly recommend.

As of right now, this app seems to be EXACTLY what I need and it seems like it can't get very much easier than this without limiting the apps capabilities. The best part for me was the amount of support I have received so far. Baarath was incredibly helpful and an extremely effective communicator.
