Very nice email platform. However, they do not have an integration for multiple stores, which means you need more subscriptions if you have multiple stores.

I had a bit of trouble with my set up. The Omnisend team was quick to help and follow up. Their templates are very nice and look professional.

Updating my review: It's really hurting my abandoned cart workflow that I cannot segment my campaign between previous purchasers and new customers. I'm still overall happy with Omnisend, but am frustrated with the lack of this option that I had in MailChimp. I have different messaging for these two segments in Abandoned Carts and do not want to train my loyal customers to just wait for a coupon after abandoning a cart. ************ I've spent the last couple days migrating over to OmniSend from MailChimp and so far I am SO happy to be doing it! It's easy and intuitive to use with a lot of great features! I have high hopes for my new workflows and campaigns to out-perform what I was doing previously. Automation workflows are really easy to set up, and I love the cancellation trigger. I'm also really excited to check out the Facebook & Google Audience Syncs, although I haven't quite gotten that far yet. I'm expecting that to be a great feature though. Just a couple things I'd like to see added: - I need a way to segment some of my workflows between customers who have previously purchased vs. new customers. I have different messaging to use for new clients vs. repeat buyers. This is particularly critical for an abandoned cart workflow. This is the only thing so far I've found that I'm losing in the switch. - I also would love a better option for the order follow up email workflow. I see the value of the thumbs up / thumbs down feedback block, but I'd really rather encourage customers to leave reviews on my website. I do this with another app right now, but if it could be accomplished with OmniSend, that would be amazing. Otherwise, super happy with the switch. I've spent the weekend setting up all my automated workflows, and I'll be ready to start sending newsletter campaigns next week.

Looks like a great app for a smaller, newer company. One major limitation we noticed right off the bat is that the solution only supports one shopify store. We have multiple stores and multiple brands. The app page should state that so customers don't have to go through the process of creating an account and configuring the solution only to realize that during setup.

Other users who have already migrated from Mailchimp have also requested this feature and we are proud to say that next week we will be making a public announcement on what new features we will implement before 12th May. Good UI and fast customer support make this a must-have app for ecommerce. Would be nice to have a few more template options for the pop-up.

Good app, but needs some updates. for example on each of workflow page I need to edit Social icons manually each time. it needs to be integrated into the settings so the data is pulled each time with new workflow

I am using the app for e-mail marketing. Very easy to use - really enjoying Omnisend. I like how it automatically syncs to your own website to pick up products for the emailing lists.

I am using the app to help boost my email marketing and loving all the features so far. I think the app could improve by having more tutorials on how to use each marketing campaign because it can be very confusing.

Great app. Very happy after using for 6 weeks. Intuitive, well documented and fantastic support. We changed from another platform as it was unstable... Omnisend has been working perfectly for us - not one problem tecnically. We use Omnisend for Abandoned Cart & Welcome automations, plus Sign-up Forms, and many email campaigns each week. The email template builder is on par with Mailchimp, easy to use and reporting is great. The only thing which I would like to see improved... is going a little deeper on 'purchase behaviour' segmenting for targeting existing customers... at the moment you can target customers who bought by date, value, number of products, tags and individual products... but you cannot target customers who bought from a "collection" or "product type" or "vendor". But they have this in their pipeline for development and it wouldnt be too hard with the API integration to Shopify. Fingers crossed this comes out soon - in the meantime I have to manually export customers in Shopify and tag them... then create a segment in Omnisend using their "tags" filter... so there is a workaround but its manual and time consuming... so if they can fix this - they get 5-stars!!!!

Wouldn't be without it. Prefer it over Mailchimp. Would give 5 stars if staff could understand not all stores are the same and would support accordingly.

Like it so far, just wish the lowest paid plan was a little cheaper. Trying to keep overhead costs as low as possible. It's a lot easier to use than mail chimp.

I receive numerous emails everyday about SEO and how to improve online marketing. I like reading the Soundest news and tips from the mostly obvious but havent got time to do, to the development of campaigns. I have used the email campaigns which have effectively increased our take up of online ordering for wholesalers, and been a way to connect with our telephone customers online. I am sure this has helped our sales. Keep on doing your good work.

Fairly easy to use. I like the weekly stats that they send of how many subscribers you have on your mailing list
