As of right now, this app seems to be EXACTLY what I need and it seems like it can't get very much easier than this without limiting the apps capabilities. The best part for me was the amount of support I have received so far. Baarath was incredibly helpful and an extremely effective communicator.

Omnisend is very user friendly and the people who have helped me in the support chat have always given me fast, easy solutions to my questions. Karine is the best! Update as of 1/14/24: I stand by my original review. Didem helped me figure out the upcoming domain changes and was incredibly helpful. Would've taken me 5 times as long to figure it out on my own.

Omnisend is a top notch with their integrations and optimisations. On top of that their around (clock/world) customer service is something too fabulous. I don't know if anyone has talked about it, but that definitely needs more of a hype. Great job from these guys in the past few days in helping me out with minor tweeks. Would like to mentions Joy, Andres & Dom from the omnisend Support team, for their continued help to resolve issues and deliver assistance. Thank you guys

We installed like 10 different marketing apps and Omnisend was the best "bang" for the buck. These guys and gals have went out of their way helping us get all these set up. We have delt with Baarath and many others via live chat and email. Always fast to answer and the questions are always solved.

I absolutely LOVE Omnisend. It is so intuitive, they have a large number of templates to work from, their form builders are amazing, and the customer service is elite. Truly a brand that cares about retaining its customers and continuing to improve its platform. Also, their pricing structure is much more affordable compared to other email marketing platforms. They are constantly coming out with product updates and integrations and provide valuable knowledge to the use of their program but also towards today's marketing trends. Working with customer success managers has also been a pleasure, I have not a single bad thing to say about this company or its platform! Kristen, my success manager is amazing and when I had a question about a split condition in the program, Luiz was very attentive and prompt in his answer. All around-wonderful.

Schneller Kundenservice (thx to Luiz!), tolle Segmentierungsmöglichkeiten, super automatische Flows und tolle Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was sich nicht einstellen lässt.
