Omnisend is so easy to get set up and use. Don't how to do something? They have detailed and easy to follow & find resources on EVERYTHING. Still confused? Their chat support is quick and very helpful. Luiz was able to me answer questions and get flows launched fast. This was a great experience compared to the previous platform we used and eventually left for the exact opposite reasons. Olesia from Omnisend is also so helpful and ensure we were set up for success :)

I've experimented with different email marketing tools, particularly those integrated with Shopify. Many were not intuitive and difficult to adapt to. However, upon a professional recommendation, I chose Omnisend for its ease of use. While there are aspects that can't be tailored, such as auto-response emails, their support team was both helpful and prompt.
