Omnisend has been a great tool for doing all of my email marketing campaigns and I love all of the reports. It's so easy to use that I just upgraded my plan. I did stumble with an issue, but Customer Service Rep Andrés provided great insight and helped me solve it! Grateful for the chat feature and how quickly he was able to help me with the problem.

Omnisend support team is excellent at addressing issues and finding suitable resolutions. I recently encountered a problem with one of my forms not displaying and Matija was able to escalate the case and get a quick resolution to my issue.

Salma has been incredible to work with - very knowledgable and helpful! I'm still learning the system but liking everything I'm seeing so far! Switching over from another ESP has been a bit scary, but they're making the transition simple.

Omnisend's customer service is top notch. They are fast, friendly and there for you. Many companies can take an example from Omnisend. It's a nice, clear email system. Very convenient to use. Thanks to Andres, we had a very quick answer to all our questions.

Omnisend and shopify is a good partnership. However I wish i could embed videos so my so my customers dont leave the email. Without using a 3rd party interface.

Migrating from Klaviyo (which we have been using for a looong time) after carefully evaluating both services. We are so happy with the journey so far. The design and structure of the emails feels much more up to date and once you get used to the differences creating emails is so much more intuitive. The customer support is outstanding - super quick, understandable and responses on point. Must also mention Deniz who apart from providing accurate help also went that extra mile to check that everything turned out well. Beyond pleased.
