Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

I have just started playing around with Omnisend and so far really like it. I had a couple problems (that ended up being so simple) at the start and customer service was incredible, Karine was so helpful.

Amazing support. Can't recommend it enough... great features and support team answers within minutes!!! Big thank you to Diego, Stefan and Karine you guys are truly amazing and helped us so much.

When I had a problem understanding how to integrate discounts, Deniz was able to assist me without delay and came to my rescue when I needed help. I have tried other email marketing apps both for my own site and other companies and this has been by far my favorite because it does so many things and is so easy to use. Other apps do not have the same features and some of them added a lot of unused javascript on my site which was slowing it down tremendously. Karine was a huge help when I was having an issue setting something up. I was able to fix it quickly. I definitely recommend Omnisend, anything other app is just a waste of time.

Luiz was awesome. He helped me immediately and answered all my questions. App seems to be really good so far.

We've been helped by Blayne and Luiz and they're both so great! We always receive responses very quickly and they always work quickly to find us helpful answers (even to hyperspecific questions). We love Omnisend so much especially after transitioning from another email platform, it's extremely intuitive and they always take suggestions for further developments into consideration.

I find Omnisend super effective email marketing and easy to use! Every time I've had a question or issue, it has been quickly resolved. There is also lots of tutorial support and it has user-friendly interface.
