Have been a user of Omnisend for about a year now and it's simply the best email marketing app. What makes it even better is their efficient customer service team. I recently had a chat with Deniz ([email protected]) about an issue I was facing with videos and gifs and he came through as a saviour. He went to the extent of agreeing to have a look at a reference newsletter I had and then proceeded to make a loom video explaining every step of how to make it! Even friends don't help out that much. So thankful for all the help!

Needed some assistance with segments and clearing out old emails and Andres was excellent. Helped me out and was really knowledgable. Spoke with Karine today to help me with a Sunset Policy and she was brilliant. Checked my settings for me and was super helpful.

WOW!! I just left my old email platform to come to Omnisend and I'm honestly genuinely blown. I hated writing emails with my former app, this one made my creativity come back 10 fold and the customer service is amazing. I was helped my Matija and Luiz today that treated me as royalty. TAKE MY MONEY! :-) Very satisfied with everything, don't hesitate this is your platform they are amazing!!

I use it all the time! I use it for email marketing and it is very useful to be able to send regular emails or send emails automatically. There is a form for collecting emails.
