Omnisend support team is excellent at addressing issues and finding suitable resolutions. I recently encountered a problem with one of my forms not displaying and Matija was able to escalate the case and get a quick resolution to my issue.

Salma has been incredible to work with - very knowledgable and helpful! I'm still learning the system but liking everything I'm seeing so far! Switching over from another ESP has been a bit scary, but they're making the transition simple.

Omnisend and shopify is a good partnership. However I wish i could embed videos so my so my customers dont leave the email. Without using a 3rd party interface.

Migrating from Klaviyo (which we have been using for a looong time) after carefully evaluating both services. We are so happy with the journey so far. The design and structure of the emails feels much more up to date and once you get used to the differences creating emails is so much more intuitive. The customer support is outstanding - super quick, understandable and responses on point.
