Not only is it extremely easy to use there is always someone there to guide you I don't use it enough but when I do I get results.

The support team has been very helpful. We recently had a couple issues with an email and Luiz stayed with me on the chat, followed up and made sure I was happy with the resolution. They were able to resolve the problem and got back in touch in a timely manner. I appreciate Luiz and his persistence on finding answers. Thanks for the great support - Sally Cool Corks

The business I work for currently uses Omnisend and these folks are AMAZING! Can't express how thankful for the resources and the quality support we continue to receive. I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by SALMA, who was able to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot some minor issues I was coming across when creating automated emails & forms. My questions were kind of not the greatest because I honestly didn't know how to explain my problems at first BUT she was very kind and patient. I look forward to working with these folks if they are in any way providing me with the service Salma had! :)

I love using Omnisend as it makes it easy to manage my subscriber and get a good email marketing flow. Their recent updates have really elevate the value of this company, it's now even more user friendly and makes designing and sending emails a breeze. If you need help, there is always someone available to message you back, and I have to say that Baarath with Omnisend is a phenominal representative. He helped me check my automations and really explained how a particular set I had worked, what was needed and what steps were unnecessary. That is exactly the kind of help I look for if I ever contact customer service. Clear and detailed answers to the questions I ask. Thank you Baarath, you are an asset to you team and company. Omnisend, hire more people like him please.

We made the change to Omnisend from Klaviyo when Klaviyo jacked up their pricing last year. Omnisend's feature set is not quite as robust but they do keep updating it and the chat support is much better and quicker than Klaviyo at half the price. Today, Salma and Adres helped me but every rep has been great. We're happy with the switch.

Support is always 100% from these guys which is critical. Really well rounded platform with plenty of features. Great data feedback. Solid all around.

My experience with Omnisend has been amazing and Im really loving my choice to go with this email service for my website. Customer service has been amazing and Luiz was a big help when I was trying to figure out setting up my SPF and DKIM settings.

I've been using Omnisend since 2019 for my Shopify stores and have been pleased with their service. There have been a few hiccups along the way through the 4 years, but overall I am happy! I've tried several other email marketing services but always came back to Omnisend. Eventually moving all my stores over! Their team has been very attentive, caring and constantly improving their product. I find their pricing to be fair for all that they offer. Whenever I need help or have any questions, I'm able to reach them through their chat box. They always respond to me within minutes to a few hours, and my queries are addressed quickly. I think they've become even faster the past year or so. Especially with a query I had this past week. Yuliia helped me to resolve it in less than 24 hours. I look forward to seeing how Omnisend continues to grow and improve. I hope they give their major competitor which starts with a K, a run for their money. :)

Great app, the team develops it all the time! Customer support is quick and the people are very understanding! Recently I had a request which was processed by Matija, Nikola, and Diego in an accurate way, providing a lot of useful information and explaining different options very well. The communication was very smooth.

I am very bad at tech anything but the Omnisend support team really helped us out. Luiz was able to answer all my questions and got my issues sorted out in less than 20 min. Very happy with the detailed answers he provided including screen shots since I did not know what the hey I was doing!
