i'm still trying to figure out how to use this

Good so far! Haven't gotten to send any emails yet, but it seems like everything works well.

Great app, however can be a bit expensive considering other apps do the same thing for free. But it is very handy and I enjoy using it. One thing I’d like to see is, When I create a campaign it is a real pain to have to put the links to all my social media every single time I make a campaign. It would be so helpfu if this was applied to every campaign automatically

Wouldn't be without it. Prefer it over Mailchimp. Would give 5 stars if staff could understand not all stores are the same and would support accordingly.

Like it so far, just wish the lowest paid plan was a little cheaper. Trying to keep overhead costs as low as possible. It's a lot easier to use than mail chimp.

Great ! Got lots of sales. Only comment would be that the cart recovery email timings are could do with some flexibility.

I receive numerous emails everyday about SEO and how to improve online marketing. I like reading the Soundest news and tips from the mostly obvious but havent got time to do, to the development of campaigns. I have used the email campaigns which have effectively increased our take up of online ordering for wholesalers, and been a way to connect with our telephone customers online. I am sure this has helped our sales. Keep on doing your good work.

Fairly easy to use. I like the weekly stats that they send of how many subscribers you have on your mailing list

Putting together a nice-looking e-blast with featured products etc. is very easy with this app. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I'm enjoying the app for our store. It's easy to use and great how you can load it straight off your website, that save huge amounts of time. I just wish I could crop the pictures so I can make them look bigger in the email.

Updated Review---- Much improved. Seems a lot more stable now. Earlier review---- Good when it works. Unfortunately though, have to agree with the review by Sydney Vapor Premium E-Juice. When the server is up, it works great, problem is more often than it should be, it's down. This means whilst able to sign-in, it lags, can't edit or create email campaigns, which is the main purpose of this app. 502 Bad Gateway is the error message received. Hopefully, this is problem will be rectified soon. This could be a fantastic app because it pulls products from your store, more customization options would be nice though.
