Had an issue with subscribers in an atypical situation. I explained to Mathias why it was happening. They were amazing in letting me know why it happened and gave me suggestions to prevent the issue from arising again. Great service!

Excellent for email campaigns and expert staff available to help you with software questions which is MOST IMPORTANT. It doesn't matter how good a system is if you don't know how to use it effectively.

I just started using Omnisend for our shopify store and we encountered a problem verifying our senders email address. I reached out to Omnisend for help and they were so easy to work with. It took a couple of days to resolve the issue, but they gave me all the necessary help I needed. Thank you again to the support team.
