First omnisend support system connect me with Yuliia she absolutely can't explain me what's going on with my emails, even when I send screenshots with two differences that I noticed but unfortunately she can't see them.. but I'm glad that Luiz suddenly joined and helped to solve everything in less than five minutes, thanks for that.

Great app, and has great customer service, Specially Kristina, very clear and fast answers. When you are new and don't know how to start she helps me a lot, with good examples and ideas on how to do it better.

Omnisend is very easy to use and definitely highly recommended especially for start ups. Their customer service is top notch! And special mention to Nicolas who has been assisting me for days! So happy with this crowd and can't them enough. It's a do it yourself but with Nicolas guidance, I got to where I want the campaign to be. It saves me from hiring an external marketing team.

They're simply the best. While they're not as big in all the integrations as Klaviyo, they're still a lot more affordable, and for small brands, it's the perfect fit.
