Omnisend provide a great and intuitive email marketing system that allows for a large range of customisability. They don't have some features that would be nice to have but I trust the team to implement them. They are always on board to take on feedback and, most importantly, they have fast response times when communicating with you regarding issues! Shoutout to Deniz on the team especially who has been great!

Fully have setup an email form and 7-email Welcome sequence (automated) in the app, and it legit is so user friendly and works smoothly. Anytime I've had questions, the team responds quickly.
