Omnisend was recommended to me by a biz coach and I've had great results using it in terms of high deliverability and open rates as well as sales from emails. Very user friendly and I love the new teaser feature! I had some questions as I set up my teaser and Tiana helped me tremendously! She went above and beyond to assist me and I learned a few new things from all of her help! Very pleased with Omnisend and I'd def recommend.

Really happy with this app. I'm using it for over a year now, they have been working a lot on making the user interface, making it more intuitive and user friendly with a lot more customization possibilities since then. User support is also quick when you have questions and accurate most of the time . Kristina has helped me smoothly with an issue I recently had on automations. Keep up the good work!

Very intuitive to set up everything, with a little time and trial and error, I was able to get most stuff done. The only confusing thing is regarding their pricing, what they classify as "active contact", which is basically every subscribed and non-subscribed contact in your list, regardless of how long they have been there. Yulia then was nice enough to clarify and help me with additional questions, very quickly as well, so still 5 stars for the customer service!

Omnisend is very easy to use. Fantastic training videos and documentation. Getting campaigns up and running was such a breeze, I really wish I had done it sooner! Highly recommend.

I'm using OMNISEND for several years now and for all those years I'm 100% satisfied and happy both with functionality and amazing support those guys are providing. The app itself is easy to use, very powerful and rich with features. I have to say again - the support is amazing and thank you Tiana once again for your quick responses and help.

Had an issue with connecting my Shopify store with Omnisend, "Your store cannot be reached via API, therefore contact import failed.". Contacted Omnisend's tech support team and they were quick to respond and help me resolve the issue. Baarath, Nikola, and Luiz did their best to help, and they got the problem solved. Overall happy with Omnisend's support team. Thanks

After searching so many options, I finally found this app and it worked great for me. It really serves the purpose. Interface is user friendly. Besides this, their support system is also good. The team response quickly. So far we are liking the app. It is taking other duties and putting them into one easy place to work with and get analytics as well. It's so helpful in saving us time and effort with campaigns and keeping our customers engaged with our store. We are just still in the learning stages of all its wonderful uses. Looking forward to learning more. We would recommend this app.
