Absolutely love it. Far better than Mailchimp or any others I've tried (and I've tried them all...) The app is super easy to use and navigate. The automation set up is intuitive and a breeze. The support is super responsive and A1. Highly recommend.

Email marketing can be confusing with rules and automation and I had a hard time understanding the flow. However, Sarah had made a tremendous effort in making sure everything was smooth sailing and had walked us through a step by step process to make sure we had achieved the goal that we wanted. Huge shoutout to Sarah of Omnisend. Keep it up!

I had to make a switch when Shopify & MailChimp got into a ridiculous argument over data privacy. That's when I discovered Omnisend: worth every single penny! Haven't had any issues, it's very user-friendly and their support has always been very quick and effective. I'd definitely recommend it.

I am a current user of mailchimp, but probably not anymore, after discovering Omnisend! I have used also other tools that does the same work, but I truly impressed by Omnisend features and how it is smoothly integrated with Shopify!! I am getting the same ease of use when it comes to create campaigns, AB tests, along with other premium features.. all of this with a much reasonable pricing than other services on Shopify or outside Shopify.. I started using the app, imported all accounts in one place, so far so good, and highly recommend!

Honestly, I have just experienced the best customer service ever! Kristina is a ROCKSTAR. She went above and beyond to help us fix an email domain issue. Im using omnisend for my Blenderfy official website. And im really impressed by all the features they offer in the basic plan. Since im a starting webshop company its perfect to start with. And their support is not only amazing and quick, but one of the best support i've ever had! These things made me write this review to say im a satisfied customer. Their responsiveness is insane. :-)

I have worked with several marketing automation platforms and found omnisend to be an excellent tool. It has everything an ecommerce needs but what I find most satisfying is the technical support that helps you to configure everything being in the free plan.

The whole Omnisend Team has been fantastic. We were up and running immediately and they helped us walk through all our existing workflows to make sure they were set up correctly. Now with ongoing support, we're working on augmenting our existing emails and creating new workflows. It's been a great switch for us!

The platform is a bit complex due to the millions of functionalities, so its handy that they have the best support ever over chat and email. They have a new design builder that is so much better than the previous, now the emails look fresh and it's easier to use.
