We wanted to try something entirely different with a customer segment. I am a novice and couldn't figure out how to get it done. I asked for help from Omnisend staff. Stefani, the guy who helped me, created a simple solution for getting it done AND to help me understand made me a video to show me each step of the way. Because of the video and his directions I didn't just know what to do but understood why I had to do each step making it so much easier. I've been with Omnisend for the past 5 years while everyone else was gushing over Klaviyo. We tried Klaviyo, and the email builder was so clunky and not intuitive at all, and the customer service was just decent. I have always resonated so much with Omnisend's interface and how intuitive it was, from the email builder and automation flows, managing multiple accounts, and more. I could tell they were going to be BIG one day. Even till today, their support has been incredible and personal. Couldn't recommend them more as a powerful email / sms / push notification platform.

Great app, great options for different automations.. honestly, much better solutions what shopify offers itself. Generated nice additional revenue since we installed it two month ago. Support also for multi language emails and automations, auto segment creations, auto tagging.. u name it they got it. Recommend!
