Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Always a great support from Daryna and other team members. Great integration with Shopify, convenient segmentation. Automations and campaigns work exactly as promised. Would like more flexibility in embedding signup forms - that's in my opinion biggest disadvantage. Hope Omnisend will add this functionality as they have added many new features since we using them for 2 years. Otherwise nice app satisfying all major needs you expect from email software.

Great support. Plenty of detailed how-to tutorials on their site if you're unsure on how to do something, plus anything that isn't covered is quickly answered by their support team through the online chat. Integration with Shopify work's seamlessly. Cost of the plan isn't the cheapest out there, but pays for itself and then some.

I've been using this app for about 2 years now. I chose it because it was a more cost-effective option than Klayvio and because it integrates so well with Shopify. It makes it easy for me to maintain a consistent email marketing program, and deliverability has been excellent. Recently, I reached out to customer service to help me create a sunset sequence to clean my list of unengaged followers. It's unfortunate that a sunset workflow isn't already built in to the app, and I'll be honest - my first few attempts to get help from customer service were not great. But I persisted in asking questions and finally an agent named Kristina reached out to me and not only helped outline the workflow for me to copy, but created a Loom video to show me exactly how to do it. Now that's the meaning of customer service.

I was somehow locked out of my account and was need of SUPER support. Melanie and the Omnisend team quickly addressed my issue and communicated with me through out the process.

Omnisend support team is AMAZING! It's like you have some of their people working on your project. Last night a had a chat communication with Kristina and she provided so much energy and willingness to make our idea realise that we're amazed. Thank you !

The app does what it should do, and does it well! Sometimes things might be a bit difficult to figure out, but their support is second to none. Especially Bassma, who has been such a great support and real life saver at times for me! Nothing is a problem and she's always ready to help with smile. Absolutely recommend!

Having used a cheaper, albeit prettier, email marketing system, I am now an Omnisend convert. Nothing compares to Omnisend functionality, and when you use it to its full potential, it really does pay for itself and more. I had a query on segmenting my audience based on the radio buttons checked on a form and they were very quick to respond and solved my issue. Take your time getting your templates right, so new campaigns are quick and easy to send out, and i really love the Split function on workflows!

I love that they are always working to improve the capabilities and the features to make designing campaigns easier. Luiz, Kamila, and Deniz are my go-to for any questions or when I want to request a new feature!

I had to make a switch when Shopify & MailChimp got into a ridiculous argument over data privacy. That's when I discovered Omnisend: worth every single penny! Haven't had any issues, it's very user-friendly and their support has always been very quick and effective. I'd definitely recommend it.

I am a current user of mailchimp, but probably not anymore, after discovering Omnisend! I have used also other tools that does the same work, but I truly impressed by Omnisend features and how it is smoothly integrated with Shopify!! I am getting the same ease of use when it comes to create campaigns, AB tests, along with other premium features.. all of this with a much reasonable pricing than other services on Shopify or outside Shopify.. I started using the app, imported all accounts in one place, so far so good, and highly recommend!

Honestly, I have just experienced the best customer service ever! Kristina is a ROCKSTAR. She went above and beyond to help us fix an email domain issue. She was there with us step by step, communicating clearly all the way. Now I love Omnisend even more. Thank you for your amazing product and SERVICE.

We've looked through a number of automation platforms and found Omnisend to be the perfect fit for us because of its segmentation and automation features and its reasonable pricing. Josh has been a great help with the introduction and onboarding as well.

The platform is a bit complex due to its millions of features, so it's very useful that they offer excellent technical support via chat and email. They have a new design generator that is much better than the previous one, and emails now have a fresh new look and are easier to use. They add new features every day and are improving a lot. It's well worth it.

Excellent for e-mail marketing, very easy to use. Excellent customer service, willing to help you and solve any matter you may have. I absolutely recommend it!
