Great app. Been using this on other webshops as well with great success! Let's you easily build email campaings in a few minutes to reach out to your customer base. Paid plans are accessible and reasonable

I love Omnisend. The support is fast and knowledgeable. The app is superior in my opinion to the others that I have used. I have used HubSpots integration (meh!), ActiveCampaign and Klayvio. While Active and Klayvio are really good I feel that Omnisend is far better than Active and much more intuitive than Klayvio.

We've been working with Omnisend for a couple of years now. The app is fairly intuitive and easy to set up automation and campaigns. Any time we have had questions or issues the response from the team has been prompt and thorough...they have either sorted any issue or explained how we can accomplish whatever it is we are asking.

Jan 2022 - I'm updating this review as I've just moved from the free version to the paid app as the conversion rates are definitely showing an ROI. Customer contact has definitely increased, Customer retention is up, Abandoned checkout recovery rate has doubled. Definitely a worthwhile app. Dec 2021 - I'm brand new to this app but it couldn't be easier to get set-up and running. I wish I had learned about Omnisend sooner. I recently migrated to Shopify and started using Omnisend - so far, it has been excellent. I LOVE how you can send a preview email first to work out any kinks!! I couldn't find out how to attach an image but I will hunt for that more next time.

Good so far, but I've only been using it for a couple of days, still just getting used to it and finding out everything it can do. Seems to be pretty user friendly though and quick and simple to use, which is awesome

Amazing support. I have just started using Omnisend and I am totally loving it. I had an issue with an import and Alexander from the support team was super quick in resolving my issue. They shared a support video specially for me to solve my issue in less than 10 minutes which was quite remarkable. A super turnaround time. The only thing I would want them to do is to have more email and form template options for the art and photography businesses. Their current templates are also great but if we have more options that would just be perfect! The best app for email marketing and kickass support!

I have been very happy with Omnisend for my merchant newsletters. The customer service is great. I recently had questions and they were prompt, courteous, and quick to get me answers.

Exceptional tool and customer support. After using Mailchimp and Klaviyo I'm confident this is the best-buy tool by far. Three different stores I manage have been making up to 50% of total revenue with it.
