This is a very complete software, there are many templates to choose from. When I had a problem and contacted the support team, they were quick to help me and helped me with some things I missed. Thanks so much Rosy for helping me.

The support team is excellent. They solved the issue so fast that even before I reply their email. The app is reliable and really useful. Can't believe it is for "free"! They have tons of templates that almost cover every scenario. Definetly a must for a website. Thank you Natalie from support team.

A+++ customer service! While trying to organize my pop-ups, Rosy suggested I combine them for optimal customer experience. Her recommendation was so helpful, and it goes to show how amazing this team is. Also love how easy it is to use every part of their software. Love love love!

The customer service is amazing. I had a few issues on my end with setup and the team fixed it for me within 5 minutes. Still working my way through the app but I am very impressed.

I see why all the reviews are here. The customer service with this app is excellent. Love the community vote feature as well! Would love to have the bundle option soon!

Their claim used to be "We offer a Free Forever plan". Reality was that "forever" would have ended very few months later. The following was my first review: The App itself is very intuitive and easy to use, even if with many features. The support is definitively great!

THis App they are so great .... help me through a lot of setups . Pop up screens fixing them and showing how or they will do it . Rosy and some others just amazing customer service is a 10!

Wow! After struggling with a lot of apps I finally found The One App. Every App needs some time to use it but this went really smooth with the One App. And what's really great is the support team which seems only 10 seconds aways to help you and assist you (Natelie thanks for the quick responses and the tips and tricks). I think we only use now 10% of all the features, anxious to work on the rest. Patrick - The Bo Collective

I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly. This app carries out what it promises to do. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. When we first installed it, I had a few questions and there were some issues that were placing text from displaying correctly. I contacted the support team represented by Rosy and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. She also writes the CSS code for me to customize the wheel title. They were able to remedy the issue quickly and effectively, and they could do it within 24 hours of reporting it. The app is now running perfectly on our site, and we are very happy with it. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app to anyone looking to display labels and badges on your products.

I am more than happy to have ONE app with me and my store. I need help, reached out to customer service, expecting they will reply to me in half of the day or at least a couple of hours, getting ready for the shower and they replied in only a couple minutes and fixed my issue right away! I loved that the app has all the functions I need ( specially upsell and email marketing ) and was even happier with the customer service, he didn't only fix the issue but he was also very friendly and explained what he is doing and what he fixed.

I had a small issue I could not figure out (template not saving in email campaign). I hopped on the online support chat and got a response within minutes. The issue was fixed within 20 minutes, and everything has worked great since! Great app, and great customer service!

So far so good! Set up was fairly easy. I had Naomi's help and she made setting up 100x easier! I love the pop-up so far!
