The app is fine, it does have some restrictions but works fine. However, the customer service is really good. I was guided through a change of email/domain for my campaign and it went super fast and great!

I've been using the app for the last few months now and the app is super easy to use and the metrics analysis given is very useful and comprehendible. Most of all, the support is beyond fantastic! The support team has always helped with any doubts we've had within minutes! So glad to have found this app! Must use!

Absolutely amazing app!! You can modify so much and it is easy to use. There is also the possibilty of a very nice person helping you set up/ look over what you did and that was so so helpful for me. I am very excited to see what new features will be available in the future, definetly sticking with this add on for a long time!

I love all of the customization options. Creating pop-ups is a little trickier for us as they have to be in two languages. The support team has been kind enough to tweek certain templates to accommodate us. Thank you for the great support!

ONE app is awesome! There is a free plan available which makes it perfect for small business to add a pop up to their store. The best thing about ONE is their customer service, I was having technical issues with my pop up and late at night Sydney time I was able to have a live chat with no wait times. The customer service is very prompt and friendly. They went out of their way to get the engineering team to work out what the issue was and they found an issue on my website causing the glitch.
