I used this app to create a campaign to add a pop up to my website. I was offered help right away by the support team. Trish was awesome! She was quick at helping me get my request done. My pop up was created with her help in a matter of a few minutes. I appreciate all her help and creative input! Highly recommend this app!!!

20 October 2023: I've just spoken with Rosie one year later from my earlier review and she went above and beyond to help me. Not only that but she is really nice! Jessica, Trish and Patricia go above and beyond with not only instructions in set-up, but get in there and fix for me within minutes, as well as offer tips. They seem to be available 24/7 regardless of time zone. My website isn't live yet but so far seriously happy with the App. Not only that, it's free! Highly recommend.

I'm using the email capture popups, visitor counts and recent orders on malinandmizen.com - Hands down some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. Jessica guided me through everything and even helped to provide custom css to completely change a popup. The app itself is easy to use and has great functionality. Highly recommend!!

Trish was Absolutely Specatular!!! She answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly then she went the extra mile and looked into my setup just to make sure everything was working properly and setup to produce the best possible outcome! Unfortunately I did make a few mistakes along the way (that I wasn't aware of) and she provided suggestions to improve Everything!! Then after I agreed to the changes she went ahead and did All of the work for me!! I have NEVER received such Specatular service like this from any company, EVER!!! If you're reading .... THANK YOU TRISH!!!!

I just switched from another email provider to ONE and I can't believe how wonderful their team is to work with! I had to create all new pop-ups and automated emails (I've never done this before - the person in charge of these things, recently left the company) so I had to learn from scratch. Both Patricia and Trish were amazing and never left my side! They walked me through everything! So far I'm loving this app and the team that created it!

AMAZING CUSTOME SERVICE! I was trying to set up a spin the wheel and it was my first time so I was struggling until I talked to Kate from the One plus team. It was 2:58am in my time (not sure where she is located) but I can see that customer service is 24hours and this really helps business owners! I am looking forward to trying other services they have on this app. Strongly recommended!

I am just about searching a pop-up marketing tools. I eventually choose this apps that it has some tools for making campaign in some special festival. The technical support is very helpful. Now I got my first pop-up campaign.

Incredible customer service! Patricia is very responsive and Prateek is very helpful. I wasn't happy with one of the automations on my campaign's and Prateek fixed it within a couple of hours. Extremely friendly and responsive!
