WONDERFUL APP!! It's got so many useful features! We've been using subscription with reward campaign and newsletter. It's so easy to use too. AND the customer service is.. WOW amazing!!!

I used the app to introduce a subscription with reward campaign. The result was amazing, especially in the first 2-3 days. Somehow, the conversion slowed down after day 3. I reached out to their online support and got immediate feedback and suggestions. I will keep monitor the results. So far, I had great experience with this app and their support!

I wanted a decent app so I could create pop ups on my website. I saw this one and all the extra features as well as pop ups! So I tried it. I was offered support as soon as I began creating my first pop up. The support was excellent! So far, very very impressed!

App was easy to use for a simple pop up I wanted to make... what made the experience even better was the low pressure, high quality and EXCELLENT service of Rosy on the online support. No selling, just great suggestions of enhancing what I want with FAST service! Once I get comfortable I will definitely check out the paid services because they can do some awesome things! One of the Great Free App for the Marketing Purpose. Very easy to use and they got lot of themes to customize from. They do offer Email, SMS and more for your store. Customer Service is the best compared to many other Apps. So, I Highly recommend them.

In love with this app! Sales questions were answered very quickly. Pricing is very reasonable. Installation/setup is user-friendly. Chat support has fast response, answered all questions, and even made wonderful suggestions for improvement. This will be replacing a few apps!

I highly recommend this app! They got the best support and software features. AND THEY ARE NOT EXPENSIVE!!! Klaviyo and Omnisend is a complete wack over this app. I will bet my store on this one.

It is a great app with so much features, I can't believe it's all free, plus a great support from their team. I'm using the pop-up app and it works perfectly well! Highly recommended, definitely check it out!

I just downloaded this app to add a pop up to my site and was a bit overwhelmed with all the options as there are so many! However Samantha on the live chat customer service was so helpful and talked me through everything and even checked it over for me before I made it live on the site to make sure everything was all good. Best customer service I've ever received for an app! I will definitely be using this app a lot and I can 100% recommend! Thank you!

I used this app to create a campaign to add a pop up to my website. I was offered help right away by the support team. Trish was awesome! She was quick at helping me get my request done. 20 October 2023: I've just spoken with Rosie one year later from my earlier review and she went above and beyond to help me. Not only that but she is really nice! Jessica, Trish and Patricia go above and beyond with not only instructions in set-up, but get in there and fix for me within minutes, as well as offer tips. They seem to be available 24/7 regardless of time zone. My website isn't live yet but so far seriously happy with the App. Not only that, it's free! Highly recommend.
