I used this APP to add fortune Wheel and Visitor count in the same Campain, no need to install 2 or more apps, it was perfect. And most importantly, you have any questions, customer service will give you a reply very carefully, patiently, with personalized customer service for my needs amendment, One of my consulting spent a total of about two hours, and I'm a free user, customer service has been patiently give me answer, thank you very much, thank you for the beautiful young lady service Kate, thanks to ONE team

This app is great so far and the support staff is exceptional. Enea and Trish answered my questions and even suggested some features I didn't turn on. The turn-around for email replies was fast. I highly recommend this app and working with their support staff is wonderful.

I installed this app to automate some of my emails to customers, like cart recovery and newsletter subscription pop-up. Luckily another solution I wanted is only a few steps away from being available so this is another tick. The support is absolutely amazing with Rosy and Patricia going above and beyond to solve my issues and also making the changes I need directly to my emails. Very happy and highly recommend.

I just modified and added another pop up on my website with a a/b segment after being on Shopify for almost two years. I am not that tech savvy but this app is very easy to use. Whenever I had an issue I had the help of Noelia who was absolutely AMAZING! I read reviews from others and it seemed too good to be true. Like the reviews has to be fake, but I'm speaking from experience. I was able to setup my email popup and follow up emails to retain my future customers. Noelia was so helpful setting up mu abandon cart emails. The best part is customer service is there 24/7 to help you with ANY and ALL questions. I even missed a step in the design process and Noelia caught it for me and updated it so I wouldn't have to go backwards in the step by step process. I love this app so far and I have a good feeling I will be retaining more of my customers in the new year thanks to this app. Download it now!

So far this app is marvelous! It's been easy to send email blasts to my customers and track analytics of them opening them. And there is a free edition which has been more than efficient for my start up company. I haven't tried the SMS feature yet, but it seems fairly straight forward. Oh and wonderful tech support which is needed for the non tech folk like me. Highly recommend!
