ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing

This is my first time using this app and I love it! Rosy was super nice, very patient,and helpful. Excellent customer service!

I just modified and added another pop up on my website with a a/b segment after being on Shopify for almost two years. I am not that tech savvy but this app is very easy to use. Whenever I had an issue I had the help of Noelia who was absolutely AMAZING! I read reviews from others and it seemed too good to be true. Like the reviews has to be fake, but I'm speaking from experience. I was able to setup my email popup and follow up emails to retain my future customers. Noelia was so helpful setting up mu abandon cart emails. The best part is customer service is there 24/7 to help you with ANY and ALL questions. I even missed a step in the design process and Noelia caught it for me and updated it so I wouldn't have to go backwards in the step by step process. I love this app so far and I have a good feeling I will be retaining more of my customers in the new year thanks to this app. Download it now!

Superb service! I was on a free plan and did not expected the level of support I got from the team. They really wanted you to grow with them.

So far this app is marvelous! It's been easy to send email blasts to my customers and track analytics of them opening them. And there is a free edition which has been more than efficient for my start up company. I haven't tried the SMS feature yet, but it seems fairly straight forward. Oh and wonderful tech support which is needed for the non tech folk like me. Highly recommend!

Roulette's response speed is very good, and the customer's participation is very high. What makes me even more surprised is the after-sales service, which is very fast! ! ! Definitely 5 stars

Great app for pop ups and newsletter sign ups! Lots of options and great customer service. Helped with some CSS issues that I couldn't figure out on my own.

I just downloaded this app. I was looking at newsletter service for the most part. I was using Omnisend before. It is about 2 hours since I started making the new NL template. I can say at this point: the customer support is 5 sec away, very helpful. While it takes time to get used to how things work, I think it will be very easy after initial learning of the functions. The best part so far - this app lets you add a video to you news letter. This is awesome.
