This is an awesome app, the standout is the exceptional customer service provided by the team. I was so happy with the service I received form Patricia one of the team members who helped me resolve and went above and beyond to ensure I got all the best support.

I have just set up my abandoned Cart email with Trish. So helpful as I did find using the new set up a bit tricky at first. Customer service is excellent.

I installed the app hoping it would do well, and it does way more than that! I'm very happy I installed the app. In fact setting up my first campaign I made a big mistake, and I contacted Customer Service for help. Right away Rosy came to the rescue. Literally! She solved my problem in a breeze, she made the fix very simple and quick. In no time the app was configured perfectly well, she helped me undo my mistakes and corrected what I did wrong. She even helped me to test it live, and it all worked perfectly as intended. I am very happy I installed One. Rosy deserves 10 stars! I highly recommend the app to everyone!

第一次碰到一个app竟然可以说中文的，太棒了。弹窗的主题也有很多选择性。我还有设置了赢回邮件，虽然不能很快就可以全部发送到客户邮箱，但是这值得等待。客服回复的速度也很快。她们会很快的帮助我解决问题。太喜欢这个在线咨询服务了。

Wow, I'm really impressed. As soon as I signed up for this app a chat box opened with a live representative who helped me for a super long time to customize this free app for me. Super helpful and patient. Looking forward to seeing what this app can do for my website.

Write for free, install the app and then find out that there are all paid plans. Write them already in the shopify tab.

This is a rating on customer service. I just got this app to help me with automatic coupon codes. I am not tech savy!! Patricia assisted me through the navigation process... with pictures. That's a big deal for me. Super fun, helpful and patient and I hope I get her again. I will rate again once I see some action the app actually working.

This App is super ! It does all what I need in email marketing and more in just one app! Do yourself a favor and install this app. it is super easy to learn. customer service is fantastic. they reply within seconds, so helpful and friendly . they even provide a 1 on 1 Vedic call to answer all of your questions and to onboard you if you want to. with their quick & best customer service , I was able to utilize the app quickly and started using all of its features within days. they are the best of the best. The app is so organized compared to many marketing apps that I tried before. The app is amazing and gets the job done without complicating your life. This app truly deserves the 5 stars!
