I absolutely love this app! I'm thrilled to have email and sms in one that can integrate with Shopify! They have so many other great marketing tools to choose from it's awesome! Ok, I must say this.... their customer service team is THE BEST! Very knowledgable and prompt responses. I personally worked with Erika and Patricia! They helped me tremendously (even taught me some things about my Mac), and I can't thank them enough! I'm actually looking into working for this company because I love this app so much lol! Love the app. Very helpful for a small business looking to interact and promote directly with customers. Their customer support is A1. I needed some assistance and they walked me through it fast and gave me great tips. All for free . I'm willing to pay after this! Great app

This is a rating on customer service. I just got this app to help me with automatic coupon codes. I am not tech savy!! Patricia assisted me through the navigation process... with pictures. That's a big deal for me. Super fun, helpful and patient and I hope I get her again. I will rate again once I see some action the app actually working.

Do yourself a favor and install this app. it is super easy to learn. customer service is fantastic. they reply within seconds, so helpful and friendly . they even provide a 1 on 1 Vedic call to answer all of your questions and to onboard you if you want to. with their quick & best customer service , I was able to utilize the app quickly and started using all of its features within days. they are the best of the best. The app is so organized compared to many marketing apps that I tried before. The app is amazing and gets the job done without complicating your life. This app truly deserves the 5 stars!
