Customer service and support is outstanding. The app its self has multiple functions and the app is extremely easy to navigate. They have a lot of new things they are working on incorporating and even have a suggestion tab for things to add to the app

Purtroppo a questa app manca la cosa più importante per l'aumento delle conversioni. Non esiste la possibilità di segmentare il pubblico per inviare campagne personalizzate come ad esempio l'invio di sconti a chi non ha mai effettuato l'acquisto, oppure avere un segmento di clienti vip a cui mandare promozioni speciali.

LOU! Helped us for an hour with integrations of a specialty pop up! Super attentive, very easy to follow & had all of my questioned answered. Even though the regular version didn't allow for this pop up straight away Lou went to the trouble of customising & adding code to ensure what we wanted was achieved. Outstanding Service! :)))

ONE's customer service was really amazing. Rissa helped me create a pop which did not even exist in their templates by doing some coding for me. She even provided me with a screen record so that I could carry on from there. Would definitely recommend.
