Absolutely would recommend, setup was fast, easy and customizable, without having an overwhelming amount of options. As soon as I published, a real life human - Naomi- messages me with thoughtful feedback and suggestions I hadn't considered before. I felt cared for, human, and thankful for that quick bit of authentic connection. This is day 1 using their service, but I'm definitely impressed so far, especially since I'm on a free plan. I definitely intend to upgrade once I see how my new pop up performs, which I'll be able to using the metrics clearly laid out in the app! Thanks Naomi, I really don't write reviews unless I'm wowed, but I definitely have been already.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lou from One and I have to say, she was an amazing assistant. Not only was she knowledgeable and efficient, but she also provided top-notch customer service. She went above and beyond to help me with my needs and made the experience a breeze. I also have to mention that the One app is fantastic. It's user-friendly and has a lot of great features. Overall, I highly recommend Lou and the One app for anyone in need of assistance or support. Thank you, Lou, for your excellent service

Looks nice product. Still working on it because there are lots of features and need time for a well done setup. But I think after this product will be great. The support also fast and good. So this can cause if any trouble happen they can solve unique requests fast.

Esta aplicación en verdad me ayudado muchísimo, y me ha sorprendido lo fácil de manejarla antes estaba con Klaviyo y me he cambiado a One el apoyo y la atención al cliente es personalizado una maravilla !! tiene una atención VIP en español estoy muy contento en verdad lo recomiendo , a nosotros nos atiende Luis Peraza excelente apoyo y tiene mucha paciencia para explicar los detalles de la aplicación le doy 5 estrellas

You can't even start using the app until you book a call with someone? And you can't uninstall the app... until you book a call with someone. Gross.
Hi Sarah, I see you were able to uninstall, nice work! Although a little hard to find in the Shopify Dashboard Install/Uninstall is controlled by Shopify. Apps are not given the ability to block merchants from uninstalling. I think you might have been mistaken when first writing this review. Apologies you felt stuck in one of our onboarding flows. Many of our merchants ask for 1-on-1 onboarding via demo call to better understand how we can serve their business and help them launch their first campaign within minutes. Recently, we are testing this onboarding option for only a small number of merchants. Based on your feedback and speaking with our leadership we are removing the onboarding call requirement. This app has the best support of any app we have used on Shopify. They not only help to fix issues, but they will take the time to help you create custom pop-ups that may require some technical expertise. I highly recommend the One app, and we plan to use their many other features in 2023.

I'm so pleased to have found this app! This app has countless marketing tools and actually consider customer needs. They're always willing to help and might I add that this they're response is close to immediate. I would recommend this app to any business, big/small, for all marketing tools such as newsletters, email automation, popups and so many others. What's best is that it is EXTREMELY affordable

This is a wonderful app with tons of great features for free! The customer service is outstanding and whenever I've had an issue or question, they are very prompt to reply and very friendly and helpful!
