good application overall but many problems recently! Settings always require change. Very embarrassing.

Looks nice product. Still working on it because there are lots of features and need time for a well done setup. But I think after this product will be great. The support also fast and good. So this can cause if any trouble happen they can solve unique requests fast.

You can't even start using the app until you book a call with someone? And you can't uninstall the app... until you book a call with someone. Gross.

This app has the best support of any app we have used on Shopify. They not only help to fix issues, but they will take the time to help you create custom pop-ups that may require some technical expertise. I highly recommend the One app, and we plan to use their many other features in 2023.

I'm so pleased to have found this app! This app has countless marketing tools and actually consider customer needs. They're always willing to help and might I add that this they're response is close to immediate.
