Bei Gott das Ding ist Genial, hab direkt ein Sale damit gemacht, nutzt es, so wollen die Customer dann eher was von euch holen, falls eure Preise auch etwas höher sind :)

Free application that suddenly became paid with little notice for no reason at all. I do not recommend using it as there are better applications than this.

I am a long time user of this app and it have been one of the main driving factors for my sites success. I have used every feature available but i have to say the abandon cart , and upsell features are my favourite. They really work and my numbers prove it. I run my business by myself so it can be overwhelming. you honestly wont find an app with better response times and communication. I literally have the app creatures phone number and we correspond when i need help! don't even think about it for a second. Get this app. You wont regret it and if there is something you dont understand or agree with, they will bend over backwards to help you and make it right. They definitely have hospitality at the top of their list because ive never had such great out reach from any business. I just want to say thank you to all the amazing staff working on this app.

At present, we have received over 350 requests for additional features and apps. We release new features on a weekly basis and prioritize them based on votes and the resources available to us. One of our most requested apps, voted for by 3,400 merchants, is the One-Click Upsell feature. We invite you to try it, as it is now live. The Customer Reviews App that you mentioned has not yet received over 1,000 votes. Additionally, as a small team, we do not currently have the resources to build an app as robust as Judge.me (we recommend you give it a try). In November, we introduced new pricing for new users, after our app had been free for many years. We are glad that you were able to take advantage of this for a year at no cost. We added new in-app notifications to give existing users ample warning of the change and to offer a discount for being a loyal merchant. You do not need to upgrade until February 1st. Have been using this app for about a week and I'm absolutely impressed. The app functionalities are really practical and meet most of my needs, and the customer service - just wow. It's not every day that you get to download a great app AND get great customer service. Regardless of who chats with me, the service is impeccable and they really go all out to fix my issues almost instantly. Kudos and keep it up, team!

The first impression is fantastic - I needed a pop-up type that wasn't available from the templates. Using the online chat supporter Fola created it in minutes. I am looking forward to getting the reactions from customers.

Le service en chat et les conseils de ONE sont excellents ! J'ai eu besoin d'aide afin de redimensionner la pop up que j'avais choisie. Fola et son équipe ont fait le travail pour moi. Ils m'ont donné entière satisfaction. Ils répondent rapidement, ils illustrent avec des copies d'écran leurs réponses pour une meilleure compréhension. En plus, ils m'ont donné des conseils afin de mieux gérer le confort d'utilisation de l'appli pour les internautes. Ils vous suivent jusqu'a bout de vos demandes Je recommande fortement cette application !!
