omg I can't stress enough how much I love this app! I was having some issues setting up my spin the wheel feature and also sending SMS messages and so I decided to reach out to their team and was met with great assistance from ROSY. She was very thorough and very dedicated. you can only dream of customer service such as these.

We've been using this app for just over a year and we couldn't be any happier. They have very helpful and friendly customer service. Any time I've ever needed help, no matter if it was 1am or 9am in the morning, they're always there to assist. I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to increase their conversion rate or to increase their subscriber list.

I added the app to help with my store and the app was easy to use but my store is new and I thought I needed to run a few campaigns all at once the app told me to request a gift to run the other campaign and I got connected to live chat. That is when I was saved by Rosy a live agent at 11pm at night not only did she give me great advice fixed my errors and explained what and why she did it and ,I never had live help with an app like this so this app is very affordable and 24/7 help im excited to grow with the team .Great app for newbies and oldies

Mostly user friendly, however, once you start linking other apps & Shopify, editing email and text responses can get a little tricky. Customer service is amazing though! 24/7 chat with a real person, even on the free plan. Rosy set up a new campaign for me and answered all of my questions quickly and easily, at 9 pm on Sunday at that! Highly recommend just for the customer service.

I just found this app! So far, it seems to be an all in one app-one stop shop for marketing to your customers. Plus, they allow free gifts if you want to run more than one email campaign. Rosy, was very helpful when assisting me in the chat. So far, I am really happy with ONE and will continue to be a customer and hopes it really helps to grow my business.

I love this app! I just got help through the live chat and Trish was so very patient with me. She set up my popup coupon and email & SMS automation. I had both ONE and Omnisend and was deciding on which to keep and which to delete and ONE wins hands down! I've been struggling with Omnisend for weeks and because they don't have a live chat option, I have had a hard time and worried about getting my store launched in time but thanks to Trish, my page will now look professional and ready to maximize profits. The pop up looked good, the SMS works and the automated emails look beautiful. GET THIS APP and pray to God that if you ever use the live chat that you get Trish! www.mybeautifulpride.com
