This app is AWESOME!! I used this app to promote my Cyber Monday sale and it is perfect for adding discount codes, email marketing and so much more! There are also many themes to choose from and upload your logo which makes editing a breeze. They walk you through all the steps to complete your campaign, which can be difficult to figure out on a lot of other apps. The best part is that they have a 24 hour chat room that provides you with immediate assistance. Rosy was awesome, she not only did a demo of my store to make sure the discount was running, she also gave me insights to improve my store! I am beyond happy with the service and what the app provides. A MUST DOWNLOAD!

This my second year using this app. The first year I used only the sales wheel option which is free and set it up myself it was fairly easy. This year I added email to it which was a bit more complex but worth it and Patricia in customer support was EXCELLENT and patiently walked me through each step. I am seeing results and after Holiday Season am seriously considering the paid options because of her Customer Service. The app integrates well with Shopify and does everything. Can’t wait to see what else it can do.

This app is straight forward and easy to use. I did run in to a couple of difficulties but received help immediately and the issues were resolved. Definitely recommend this app and a special thank you to Patricia for all her help

I thought the app was glitching and not sending emails but I hopped on customer support and they actually said I was at a limit. Tthey fixed it up and gave me some free credits. Love this app, love the customer support, and will definitely be sticking with this for our emails & sms. Great templates too actually. BTW shoutout to Patricia since she was the one who helped out!

I was a bit skeptical about this service and did some test broadcasts to small groups with both the Shopify service and ONE. About 70% of those sent via Shopify's service didn't reach their targets whereas most of those sent via ONE did. I also had reason to use ONE's support via chat and they couldn't have been more helpful, polite and patient with me and my stupidity - excellent customer service.

Fast and polite agents. Very helpful when setting up my 1st campaign. Ready to get the sms feature setup, for now only using email marketing. Very easy to use love the templates! Set up my Black Friday email in less than 30 minutes!

This app works greatly - only used for e-mail marketing so far, and very happy. The customer support is outstanding! They have the online chat available when you're creating anything on the app and - no matter the time we're asking - they're ALWAYS there to support, within the same time - as they're there just for you. Incredible. And for those like me, can not afford to pay for adding apps, this one is free.
