This app is great! Very easy to use. Currently on the free version as my store isn't getting that many traffic yet. Had an issue where i wasn't able to access the admin so i contacted support. Within minutes there was a response and was contacted by Rosy. She was a delight to speak to. She was able to resolve my issue fairly quickly. Very polite and nice as well. Application features and support in this company is by far one of the best apps in Shopify. Highly recommended.

This app is unique and what makes it unique is that you can use the chatbox to speak with a rep. I learned sooo much within 20min on how to correct my settings. Words cant explain my gratitude. I wish I could make a video review so that you all can see my expression. MY entire business changed after speaking to a rep to assist me with setup. THANKKKKKKKKK YOU!

You'd seriously be amazed by the ammount of stuff you can do with this app- especially for free. And the customer service is absolutely amazing to work with. Shout out to Trish @one. Seriously a must-have for new e-commerce users.

the app is amazing, i never thought that some company will just come and drop all these features in one App, this App can do so much for your business, there are paid plans, but the free plan is really good if you just started your business. i recommend this App, and the support team is awesome too. thank you

I installed the app hoping it would do well, and it does way more than that! I'm very happy I installed the app. In fact setting up my first campaign I made a big mistake, and I contacted Customer Service for help. Right away Rosy came to the rescue. Literally! She solved my problem in a breeze, she made the fix very simple and quick. In no time the app was configured perfectly well, she helped me undo my mistakes and corrected what I did wrong. She even helped me to test it live, and it all worked perfectly as intended. I am very happy I installed One. Rosy deserves 10 stars! I highly recommend the app to everyone!
