I like this app very much. I ask for customer support in the middle of the night when I have a question. The 7X24 service is very good. They also helped me to set it up in the background. Very satisfied. Now that there is a Chinese interface, I love it even more.

I am using the ONE app for a coupon campaign, it's allowing me to easily manage a campaign in two languages. I had some problems and contacted their support team who immediately responded and not only fixed my problems, but helped me with other topics. Ann from support was a great help, efficient and friendly! I highly recommend

第一次碰到一个app竟然可以说中文的，太棒了。弹窗的主题也有很多选择性。我还有设置了赢回邮件，虽然不能很快就可以全部发送到客户邮箱，但是这值得等待。客服回复的速度也很快。她们会很快的帮助我解决问题。太喜欢这个在线咨询服务了。

The app itself has a lot of free features which integrate nicely and without major problems on the page. What you get on a free plan is more than other apps offer you on a paid plan. This is the first app I came across which does not count pageviews but the number of unique visitors and the first 2500 visitors are completely for free. No other app is so generous!I am so happy that I stumbled upon this app. But what stands out the most is their customer support. This is by far the most awesome customer experience I have ever had with any app developer. Their reaction speed and service is out of this world. And they even keep some smalltalk with you to make you feel welcome, and I am not even on a paid plan yet! You guys deserve all these 5 start ratings. You deserve the number one spot on shopify and a lot of success!Keep rocking.

Friendly and excellent customer service. I was helped quickly and got to play a game while I waited. Trish helped with everything and waited while I completed the tasks required to add my sending email. Also, gave advice on how to send product reviews. Thank you so much!!!
