I had an excellent experience with this Shopify app. It is truly one of the best solutions available for turning your brand into a mobile app quickly and efficiently. The process is extremely fast and simple — you can easily publish your brand’s app on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store without any technical complications. One of the biggest advantages is how much it helps boost sales. Having a dedicated mobile app significantly improves customer engagement and conversion rates. The best feature is the free push notification system, which allows you to directly connect with customers and promote offers instantly — without any additional cost. This is a huge benefit for growing brands. The user interface is very clean, modern, and easy to use. Everything is well-designed and smooth, making the overall experience even better.

The instructions are very easy! You do need to set aside some time to design your app, but you should anyways since it's your store. Rean was very helpful and very quick to help and solved my questions without pause. Thank you so much. I just installed this app today and built my app within 2 hours (because I was designing). I'll post an update once my app goes live.

Everything is good! We recommeded but do not have IPAD responsive, if you do not need it, this app is perfect and easy!

The idea of pulling all design elements directly from the Shopify store is brilliant and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything beyond that seems to come with extra charges. Our Instagram feed didn’t load, so we tried to simply delete the block — but even removing a non-functional block required an additional paid upgrade. This was a waste of time and honestly very disappointing. It could be a great app, but the constant upselling and paywalls make it feel like pure money-grabbing.

The issue was not that the app required an upgrade in order to remove the Instagram Feed block. After the block was removed, the system requested an upgrade because there were still other blocks/elements in your app that are available only under the BrandUp plan. That’s why the “Publish to app” action triggered the upgrade requirement. In my opinion, this is the BEST app to meet your mobile app needs. I have tried others' and they just don't have the same ease or convenience. The staff at OneMobile, particularly Rosie, absolutely amazing. Her customer service unmatched, unparalleled to any other company I have had dealings with. From the design to the launch everything was made simple and the LEAST bit stressful. For me that is more than just a win. This company are a breeze to work with! Absolute dream. Never an issue that isnt resolved almost quicker than i can finished explaining the issue. There have been zero complaints and this is the second app i have used with them! THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING PRODUCT!

I had an amazing experience working with Rean, my IT guy to help me to install my app on my business website. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the app was fully functional before finishing. The whole process was smooth and stress-free for him, but a little challenging for me. However, Rean, reassured me that ALL was going to be fine. I truly appreciate his dedication and attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs reliable and skilled tech support for their business. He also has a GREAY mindset of "thinking outside the box!"
